- St. Vincent de Paul Society – work to improve the daily lives of the poor in the SVDP thrift store and in the Criminal Justice Ministry program
- Marian Middle School – teach in a Nativity model school that educates young underprivileged girls in the city of St. Louis
- Nurses for Newborns – prevent child abuse and neglect by providing home-based training, education, and parenting skills to at-risk families
- DeSales Child Care Center – part of Guardian Angel Settlement Association which was founded in 1859 by the Daughters of Charity, DeSales Child Care Center strives to meet the needs of children living in poverty
- Our Lady’s Inn – provide support for pregnant women in crisis by helping them to choose life for their unborn child and offering emergency shelter
- Loyola Academy – teach in a Nativity model school that educates underprivileged boys in St. Louis
- St. Elizabeth Adult Day Care - serve the needs of aged and special needs persons, promoting enrichment of the mind, body and spirit through compassionate care
